The 1540nm wavelength was specifically developed to implement a synergy with the CO2 laser. Thanks to the special sequential emission on the single DOT, the effects of the two wavelengths are synergistically amplified, resulting in a reduced energy dosage but with the same effectiveness, and thus only a short downtime.
